one of my dear friends audrey, who also happens to be my boss and also happens to be like a sister to me, just gave birth to a baby boy! his name is nox and he is a beautiful, premie baby.
audrey's youngest daugher saylor has spina bifida and while saylor was in the womb they preformed ground-breaking surgery on her tiny little body. because of this pioneering surgery on saylor, it caused complications with audrey's pregnancy with nox. luckily, nox is alive and well and is the tiniest little baby i have ever had the privilege to hold! he is home after a week in the hospital but he is still on oxygen and being monitored 24/7.
so glad i got to see and hold this little miracle of an angel so soon!
